Here is a simple breath meditation that can help you to overcome any animosity, and turn these emotions into compassion. You can use it when you are stuck in traffic, or at the grocery store when you start to feel impatient.
Inhale through the Nose
Exhale completely through the mouth
Inhale deeply and smoothly through the Mouth
Exhale completely through the nose
